    Offline Mode

    Lost Internet Connection During the Download 

    If your internet connection is interrupted during a download, STACK will automatically resume the download from where it left off once you’re back online—no need to start over. To check progress, tap the three-line menu (top left) and select Offline Items. You’ll see the download status displayed in red above the message. You can continue using the app during offline sync, just make sure not to close it while the download completes.

    Red Exclamation Mark Beside a Folder or Document in Offline Items

    A red exclamation mark means the documents aren’t ready for download just yet. No action is needed—once the files become available, they’ll automatically sync during the next offline update.
