    What to Know

    • Only users with the role of Owner or Administrator in STACK | Build & Operate can access the Licenses tab in the Web Portal.

    • The Licenses tab allows you to view, adjust, and manage your subscription and user licenses all in one place.

    • Changes to licenses and billing take effect immediately and may require payment confirmation before activation.

    Billing Information

    1. In the left-hand navigation panel, under ORGANIZATION INFO, click Licenses.

    2. At the top of the page, click Manage Billing.

    3. A billing window will open where you can:

      1. Update your Billing Address:

        1. Click Billing Address.

        2. Click the current address.

        3. Make any required modifications.

        4. Click Update.

      2. Change your Payment Methods:

        1. Click Payment Methods.

        2. Click the present PRIMARY card or Add New.

        3. If you clicked PRIMARY, edit your payment method and click update.
          If you clicked Add New, enter the new card information and click Add.

      3. View and download your Billing History:

        1. A list of your previous bills will be displayed. To download your billing history, click Download.

    4. When all necessary changes have been made, then Close to exit the billing window.


    Increase or Decrease your Number of Licenses

    1. In the left-hand navigation panel, under ORGANIZATION INFO, click Licenses.

    2. Click Manage License Quantity.
      Alternatively, click X used (X pending invitation(s)) and then Purchase licenses.

    3. In the Number of licenses field, adjust the total number of licenses to your organization needs (this includes your current licenses).

    4. Click Next.

    5. Review the updated pricing summary displayed on-screen.

    6. Click Proceed to Checkout.

    7. Confirm your billing details, then click Subscribe.

    8. Once payment is processed, your updated license count will be active immediately and you will receive a confirmation email including your invoice.


    Subscription Renewal

    Subscription Renewal Reminder Email

    As a STACK | Build & Operate user, you’ll receive a reminder email before your annual subscription auto-renews. This email includes a clear summary of your current plan—such as your base subscription, any add-ons like SMS Credits or SSL, and the estimated renewal total with applicable discounts and taxes. It also lists your upcoming renewal date and provides a direct link to update your payment method. If no changes are made, your subscription will renew automatically on the specified date. Reviewing this email in advance ensures your billing details are current and helps avoid any interruptions to your service for the next year.

    If you wish to Update your Payment Method:

    1. Click the Update Payment Method link.

    2. This will lead you the a Payment Method window.

    3. Click the present PRIMARY card or Add New.

    4. If you clicked PRIMARY, edit your payment method and click update.
      If you clicked Add New, enter the new card information and click Add.

    5. When all necessary changes have been made, then Close to exit the billing window.

    6. You will receive an email confirmation that changes have been made to your payment method. Your subscription will then be payed with the newly enter credit card on the date of the scheduled renewal.

    Subscription Renewal Confirmation Email

    After your STACK | Build & Operate subscription is successfully renewed, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know your payment has been processed.

    This email includes:

    • Payment date and time – so you can track exactly when the renewal occurred.

    • Invoiced amount – showing the total charged for the renewal period.

    • Payment method details – partially masked for security, showing only the last four digits.

    • Billing address – including your name, email, company, and address on file.

    • Support contact – a direct email address for any questions about your renewal or subscription.

    This confirmation serves as your official receipt and ensures you have a record of your payment for accounting or personal reference.


    Cancel your STACK | Build & Operate Subscription

    To cancel your STACK subscription, you must be the account Owner and provide notice at least 30 days before the end of your current billing cycle. Your subscription will remain active until the billing cycle ends, so you and any authorized users will continue to have full access to your account and all project data during that time.

    Once your billing cycle ends, access will end for you and your authorized users. Your user account, however, will still be valid as an invitee. If you or your users have been invited to collaborate with other STACK organizations, you’ll continue to have access to those shared projects.

    At the end of your billing cycle, you’ll have 90 days to renew your subscription before your project data is deleted. After the 90-day period, all project data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

    Please note that paid subscriptions are non-refundable. STACK does not offer prorated refunds or credits for partially used subscriptions unless otherwise agreed to in writing. For more details, review our Terms of Use.

    1. In the left-hand navigation panel, under ORGANIZATION INFO, click Licenses.

    2. At the top of the page, click Manage Billing.

    3. Click STACK Build & Operate X x (billed yearly amount) >

    4. Click Cancel Subscription.

    5. In the confirmation dialog, review the information about when your subscription will end and write a cancellation reason .

    6. Click Confirm Cancellation.

    7. A confirmation message will appear, and your subscription status will update to reflect the scheduled cancellation date.
      You will continue to have access to your account and all project data until the end of your current billing cycle.
      For details on data retention, refund eligibility, and related policies, review the STACK Terms of Use before completing your cancellation.

    Cancel your Subscription Though your iOS Mobile Device

    1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

    2. Tap your name at the top of the page.

    3. Select Subscriptions in the right hand panel.

    4. Under ACTIVE, select STACK | Build & Operate.

    5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

    IMPORTANT

    If you’ve mistakably cancelled your subscription, do not worry. Shortly before the end of your subscription, you will receive a reminder email where you be able to reactivate your subscription. Alternatively, you can contact our customer success team who can assist you in retrieving your subscription.
